Kicks TaeKwonDo and Kit Mattson is it real or is it a spoof?

Proudly noted on his profile on his website http://www.kickstaekwondo.net/new_page_2.htm

SPECIAL CONGRATULATIONS TO
GRAND MASTER KIT
ON DECEMBER 11, 2004 HE WAS
INDUCTED INTO THE
TAE KWON DO HALL OF FAME
FOR HIS LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENTS
IN MARTIAL ARTS.
Grand Master Kit Mattson is one of the highest ranked non-oriental in the world and is certified by the W.T.F., A.A.U., N.T.U. as an 8th Degree Black Belt and is ranked as a Black Belt in five other martial arts styles. Master Kit has been practicing Tae Kwon Do for over 28 years and is a weapons expert in Arnis Sticks, Bo Staff, Nunchucks, Knives, and Katana Sword. Master Kit's programs also include law enforcement, rape defense, advanced Black Belt studies and several masters' programs.

I needed to verify such a proclimation! So I took a visit!

Very predominatley displayed on their doors and windows of their studios. AAU and WTF Certified Blackbelt Training and Certification.
After witnessing some of their practices and students, you will see many individuals under the age of 15 wearing 1st degree or better Dan (Black) Belts. I also noticed clearly demonstrated inabilities, to perform the elements required to move from belt level to belt level.

Then I see knee high black belts running about, and I think...

WTF will only recognize or issue a certification on those 15 or older. Hers's the Link to the World Taekwondo Headquarters web site Article 8 describes The Age Restrictions for Black Belt or DAN Level http://www.kukkiwon.or.kr/english/examination/examination08.jsp?div=01 Hey but they all looked very cute though!

AAU will recognize students younger (8), but they would need to be submitted by an AAU Dan Certifier http://www.aautaekwondo.org/, Unfortunately after checking the A.A.U. doesn't have or cannot show a registration for the organization or the individual for at least the past five years. Are you sure, I asked?
How are they Certifying their students? I wonder!

Next I took a stab at finding aout about the Hall of Fame Inductance - Opps! http://www.lacancha.com/greatest.html I still came up scratching my head, no Kit Mattson shown.

Then being the inquisitive type I am and trying to give a little more opportunity to lend for proof, I used the ever popular Google search for "Kit Mattson" came up with only 128 pages This made it pretty easy to scan through for any reference to the "Hall of Fame Inductance" and the "One of the Highest Ranked Non-Oriental black belts in the World" the only reference to those were from his own web site. Now you'd think this would be a really big deal and there would be articles all over the place, wouldn't you?

But Maybe there's some big mistake in our research and investigation, so please help me out and prove me wrong! But I'm doubting it!

If you have more information to help me on my quest for verifiable information & truth, or if you have other insight feel free to post.

But in the mean time, investigate before you make your decision of where you send your kids or go youself - rather than dump your money for an Office Max Certificate of completion.

But then again it seems there are those out there that would rather by my blackbelt at the taekwondo store, even cheaper. Maybe it's cheaper for you to send your kids there rather than having a baby sitter for a few nights a week. Your choice!
